Return & Exchange

By placing an order with Konugo, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.

Returns

We happily accept returns if the item has a defect caused by our error, such as:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is damaged or has a quality defect.

Returns for reasons like "changed my mind" or "no longer want it" are not accepted.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

If your return is approved after inspection, we will reimburse your return shipping cost. Please keep your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.

Important:
The return address will be provided via email after your return request is approved.
Do not return items to the original shipping address.

Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Intentionally damaged or altered items
  2. Products or packaging that can’t be resold (e.g., torn, scratched, dented)

Please double-check that your item complies with our return conditions before mailing it.

Shipping Instructions

  • Do not return any damp or wet items. Please make sure the product is completely dry before shipping it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider:

  • PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay: Typically within 3–5 business days.
  • Credit Cards: Typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at service@konugo.com.
Please note that customers cannot cancel orders directly through the website.

Important:

A small processing fee (1.5%) may apply to cover transaction costs charged by payment providers.

If you request to cancel and place a new order instead, we will automatically cancel your previous order and issue a full refund with no fee deducted.
