By placing an order with Konugo, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.
Return Conditions
1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging intact
Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product will not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the issue is caused by our error, including:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a manufacturing or quality defect
If your return is approved after inspection, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
Please keep your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.
3. Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage beyond normal inspection
- Intentionally damaged or altered items
- Products or packaging that cannot be resold (e.g. torn, scratched, dented, or missing original packaging)
Return Process
If you would like to return an item, please reach out to us via email before sending it back.
- All return requests must be submitted before sending items back
- Once we receive your request, we’ll be happy to provide the return address within one business day.
- Do not return items to the original shipping address
Returns sent without prior authorization not be accepted.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund if the item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally sent.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within the following timeframe:
- PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay: 3–5 business days
- Credit Cards: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
Refund timing may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at service@konugo.com.
Please note that customers cannot cancel orders directly through the website.
Important:
A small processing fee (1.5%) may apply to cover transaction costs charged by payment providers.
If you request to cancel and place a new order instead, we will automatically cancel your previous order and issue a full refund with no fee deducted.
