By placing an order with Konugo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

Returns

We only accept returns if the item is defective due to our error, such as:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is damaged or has a quality defect.

Returns will NOT be accepted for reasons such as "changed my mind" or "no longer want it."

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If your return is approved after inspection, we will reimburse your return shipping cost.
Please retain your shipping receipt, as we require it to process the reimbursement.

Important:
The return address will be provided via email after your return request is approved.
Do not return items to the original shipping address.

Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. The item was deliberately damaged for personal reasons.
  2. The product or its packaging is damaged (e.g., torn, scratched, dented) and cannot be resold.
  3. Discounted or clearance items without quality issues.

If the returned item does not meet our return policy, it will be refused upon delivery, and the round-trip shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Please double-check that your item complies with our return conditions before mailing it.

Shipping Instructions

  • Do not return any damp or wet items. Please make sure the product is completely dry before shipping it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider:

PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay: Typically within 3–5 business days.

Credit Cards: Typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at service@konugo.com.
Please note that customers cannot cancel orders directly through the website.

Important:

A 1.5% processing and transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you request to cancel and place a new order instead, we will automatically cancel your previous order and issue a full refund (no fee deducted).
