I ordered US 9C–12C / EU 25–28, but the socks I received are embroidered with “22–24”.   Did I receive the wrong size?

Great question – and no worries at all!
The number embroidered on the socks (like “22–24”, “25–27”, etc.) refers to the actual length of the sock in centimeters, not the shoe size.  This is the sizing system we use, designed to reflect the fit more accurately by considering the sock's thickness, stretch, and coverage.

So even though the label says “22–24”, it’s made to fit US 9C–12C / EU 25–28 shoes perfectly.

What if they don’t fit?

If your socks don’t fit, feel free to contact us at service@konugo.com.  We’ll do our best to assist with an exchange if stock allows.
